  Very nice campground but owners and staff (Jeff/Ron) have horrible customer service. They are always worried about the littlest things, treat adults like children and basically don't allow kids to be kids. Over charge for every extra person and vehicle on site, have too many ridiculous rules and drive around all day and night patrolling like prison guards. You can't even enjoy your campfire with friends because they are hiding around corners waiting for you to be noisy and then they tell you to keep it down or shut it down.

  On a positive note, Carson's which is 5 min closer to the beach is AMAZING. Excellent staff , campground is absolutely beautiful and lots and lots of things for kids to do. You actually feel like your on holidays and not in prison. We had a blast there and will definitely be back next year.I

  Also, we thought it was funny that Jeff drove by our campsite with his headlights turned off, just waiting for an excuse to harass us once more.

  After the first few instances, our gut instincts told us we were being racially profiled. The next morning, we saw Harold driving his pickup truck with a huge Confederate flag plastered on the back of his truck. This confirmed our suspicions.

  We stayed on site #516 on July 4 until July 21 2017. It was so peaceful we loved the hayrides, the indoor pool and the spa. For almost 3 weeks we called Sauble Beach Resort Camp home. A special thank you, Cheryl+ office staff hats off to you, again. We watched Bruce+ the workers for 2 days they took pride in fixing the drainage problems. Jeff/ Jack of all trades, Thank you for all you did. See you next year. :D

  I was here over the long weekend with my family and we were harassed on several occasions by Jeff and Harold for driving under 10km an hour. Jeff jumped in front of our car and demanded my cousin park his car at the front of the grounds or else he’d be kicked out. My cousin was forced to park his car at the front and was not even allowed to drop his belongings off to our campsite. At around 10:00pm, Jeff started harassing my dad for driving at 10km an hour. When my cousin saw this, he defended my dad. Jeff responded by calling my dad and cousin both goofs and clowns, proceeded to call the OPP, and had my cousin escorted off the premises at 11:00pm, leaving him without accommodations for the night. My cousin drove back to Milton in the middle of the night and was not refunded, despite the fact that he did not spend a night at the resort and was kicked out.

  Luckily we found a fantastic (and cheaper) campground around the corner with a fantastic reputation and had a fabulous time there.

  Rules were always changing and staff went so far as to shine flashlights in people's property and residences to "check up" on things. Staff are known to stand quietly close to sites to make sure all the "prison rules" are being followed.

  Staff is absolutely rude to parents and kids! Accusing kids of anything and everything. It was a nightmare for the kids to have someone follow them in a golf cart all weekend. Will NEVER be back.

  THIS RESORT CAMP IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR TIME WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS, & YOUR KIDS! I GAVE THEM 1 STAR JUST FOR CLEAN CAMP GROUNDS. OTHER THEN THAT THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLY! YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR IN PRISON AND THE STAFF DRIVE AROUND ALL DAY IN THEIR GOLF CART PATROLLING THE CAMP GROUND TELLING FAMILIES THEY'RE TOO LOUD OR YOUR MUSIC IS NICE BUT YOU NEED TO TURN IT OFF(THIS IS DURING MID DAY). THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSIDERING THEY CHARGE A LOT TO STAY! WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE & THEY WILL DEFINITELY NOT GET ME TO COME BACK HERE TO GIVE THEM ANYMORE OF MY MONEY!!
